What is Expected From Our Vendors

Provide one school supply item for 300 students

Bring their own table/tent or request one (as needed)

Distribute resources or engage families at their booth

Optional: bring small giveaways or materials about their business/nonprofit
Vendors are not required to fill full backpacks — just bring one supply type (like pencils, glue sticks, or folders).
