Become a Vendor

Want to give back in a meaningful way? Join us as a vendor at Pack the Backpack and help us equip hundreds of students for a successful school year! By providing just one essential school supply, your business or organization can directly impact 200+ local families — all while gaining exposure, building community connections, and making a real difference.

Let’s pack the backpacks, together.

What is Expected From Our Vendors

  • Provide one school supply item for 300 students

  • Bring their own table/tent or request one (as needed)

  • Distribute resources or engage families at their booth

  • Optional: bring small giveaways or materials about their business/nonprofit

Vendors are not required to fill full backpacks — just bring one supply type (like pencils, glue sticks, or folders).
